If you are not happy with a choice the NDIS team has made you can ask for a When the NDIS looks at a choice they have made and decides if they have made the right choice or not. Example: If the NDIS team said that you cannot join the NDIS, you can give more information and ask for a review. They might decide that you can join.review to happen. 

Many choices made by the NDIS team can be reviewed including:  

  • who can join the NDIS 

  • what supports you get 

If you are not happy with a choice the NDIS team has made, you need to ask for it to be reviewed within 3 months of being told.  

If you are not happy with the The result, or the way something turns out.outcome of the interval review you can ask the Administrative Appeals Tribunal or A group that reviews government choices.AAT to review it.
