What to expect

It's time for a historic investment in Victoria's young people. The 2022 State Election is an opportunity for young people to directly have their say on who represents them, and the community priorities they would like to see action on.

That's why YACVic is hosting Represent: State Election Youth Forum, to connect young people with spokespeople from Labor, Liberal-National Coalition, and the Greens.

Each representative will present their party's vision for Victoria's young people, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the panellists.

Who is presenting

  • Katie Hall (she/her), Parliamentary Secretary for Youth, Labor Member for Footscray
  • Dr. Matthew Bach (he/him), Shadow Minister for Youth, Liberal Member for Eastern Metro
  • Sam Hibbins (he/him), Spokesperson for Youth, Greens Member for Prahran

Who should attend

  • Young people aged 12-25 who live, work and play in Victoria
  • Youth services who support young people in Victoria
  • Parents or carers of young people
