What to expect
With the Victorian State Election coming up in November, YACVic is finalising the youth sector’s priorities for policy and funding commitments from candidates.
Our CEO Katherine Ellis invites you to join one of our online consultation roundtables with youth sector workers in your local area to provide input on the draft priorities to her and our Policy team.
The draft priorities have been formulated based on our ongoing engagement and consultation with a diverse representation of young people and the youth sector across the state, and specialist alliances such as the Youth Mental Health Alliance, the Youth Housing Alliance, Smart Justice for Young People, and the Youth Disability Advocacy Service (YDAS).
UPDATE: In the interests of the community’s health and safety, this session has now been moved online due to the current COVID-19 Omicron wave.
