Who should attend
Young people (12 - 25) in Warrnambool who have lived experience with mental health conditions or have supported friends and families through poor mental health.
What to expect
In response to the Victorian Royal Commission into Mental Health, YACVic is holding consultations with young people. Join this YACVic consultation in your area to talk about how we can strengthen prevention and early intervention approaches, and to build upon the strengths of rural communities.
YACVic is working to ensure the experiences of local voices and knowledge of young people in the Great South Coast are represented in the commission’s reports.
Cost & Registration
This consultation is free but registrations are essential. Registrations close Monday 17 June 2019 at 5:00pm.
YACVic is a child safe organisation. By attending these events, you agree to join us in our commitment to child safety.
Access and Inclusivity
At YACVic, we take access and inclusion seriously. We are committed to making every event as accessible and inclusive as possible for all members of our community. If you have a specific access request, would like further information or want to provide any suggestions, we would love to hear from you.
Our work takes place through the lands of the Aboriginal nations within Victoria and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
