Financial sustainability in the new normal – key considerations and opportunities for the youth sector
The last 12 months have been characterised by the changes and challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the significant disruption and difficulty that the youth sector has faced, it has also been a time of opportunity. This includes greater access through digital service delivery, core funding through the JobKeeper program, reduced bureaucracy and reporting requirements around grant funding, and a once-in-a-generation chance to approach things differently.
But with JobKeeper ending, government funding uncertain for some, and corporate and philanthropic funding forecast to decrease, many organisations are considering what financial sustainability looks like for the months ahead.
This interactive webinar will explore key revenue opportunities and considerations in 2021, as well as providing youth sector leaders with practical tools and resources to enhance their financial resilience and impact now and into the future.
