At this advanced Youth Participation workshop, you’ll explore ways to create targeted and inclusive engagement and unpick the key principles of youth participation.
What to expect
This interactive session, facilitated by Sam Champion (he/him), YACVic Participation & Development Manager, will engage your passion and fill up your toolbox for effective youth participation.
You’ll walk away feeling motivated by strategies and tips for engaging and empowering young people in the work that you do, strengthen their voices in your organisation, and ultimately in the communities in which they live.
We’ll talk about ways to break down barriers to participation, create targeted and inclusive engagement and ways to recognise and remunerate young people.
