Contribute and have your say

If you’re a young person and would like to contribute to the issues, policies, and procedures that affect you and your mates, there’s no better way to do this than by becoming a YACVic member! Membership is affordable at $2/year (or $3 for two years). Check out the Join Us section for more info!

You can also contribute by being part of our Youth Reference Group or (if you’re not a member) by participating in any discussions that are currently taking place.

Another way of getting involved is by contributing to our policy work. YACVic is always on the lookout for valuable feedback from young people whenever we’re preparing a policy submission or drafting a report. Keep an eye out for details of any forums, consultations, interviews, focus groups, workshops, etc, on our News and Events page that will allow you to have your say!

You can also comment on any recent policy work we’ve done, so if there’s an issue that you’re particularly passionate about, you can still let us know what you think of the work we’ve done on it so far. This will help us improve our work in future, while making sure that your views continue to be heard throughout.

As you can see, there’re heaps of ways you can contribute on issues that affect you, so get involved!
