Calling all deadly young Koories! Win flights and a ticket to #OurSummit17 and document your experience!

In partnership with REX airlines, the Koorie Youth Council (KYC) is proud to offer four all-inclusive prizes to travel to and attend the 2017 Koorie Youth Summit. We want you deadly and creative young Koories to enter our Twitter comp. You can win your chance to attend the Summit and document your experience through whatever medium you like – video, vlogs, blogs, photography, writing or art.

To win, all you need to do is tweet (in 120 characters or less) why you think it’s important for Koorie young people to have our voices heard. Make sure you use the #OurSummit17 hashtag!

THEN just let us know by email how you plan to document your Summit experience, along with your age, where you live, and your mob.

The KYC is giving away four prize packages each consisting of:

  • 2 return flights (from Mt. Gambier and Albury) to the Koorie Youth Summit 2017, 14-15 June
  • a Koorie Youth Summit-sponsored delegate ticket
  • a Summit showbag and
  • accommodation at Mantra Bell City from 13-15 June.

Entrants must be:

  • Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
  • between the ages of 18 and 28

Please note: this prize does not include any additional costs incurred throughout the travel dates or while staying at the Mantra Bell City. Return flights are to Melbourne from Mt. Gambier and Albury.

This competition ends on the 26 May 2017.
